本文采用热重、差热、微机联合解析,对表面处理过的国产PAN系炭纤维增强的炭复合材料进行了TG—DTA分析,得出不同处理条件的复合材料在空气中的失重及其速率、温度、差热峰强度等的变化规律。同时用扫描电镜观察了材料的断口形貌,说明了纤维与基体的结合程度对其热效应也有影响。结果表明,纤维表面处理将给复合材料的抗氧化烧蚀等高温使用性能带来一定的影响。
In this paper, TG-DTA analysis of surface-treated PAN-based carbon fiber reinforced carbon composites was carried out by means of thermo-gravimetric analysis, differential thermal analysis and computer analysis. The results show that the weight loss and the rate of the composites in air with different processing conditions , Temperature, differential peak heat intensity and other changes. At the same time, the fracture appearance of the material was observed by scanning electron microscopy, which shows that the degree of bonding between the fiber and the matrix also has an influence on the thermal effect. The results show that the fiber surface treatment will give composite materials such as anti-oxidation ablation and other high-temperature performance have a certain impact.
