针对筒形件强力正旋成形过程中产品尺寸精度差、可用长度减少等现象,本文采用单因素试验设计方法,对筒形件强力正旋成形过程中稳定旋压阶段和终旋阶段靠近端口位置的扩径进行了研究,得到了主轴转速、减薄率、进给比对强力正旋成形过程中扩径量的影响规律。结果表明,主轴转速对稳定旋压阶段的扩径影响不大,但转速的增加会导致较大的端口扩径。稳定旋压阶段的扩径量随减薄率的增加递增,而端口扩径量随减薄率的增加先增大后减小。随着进给比的提高,稳定旋压阶段的扩径量减小,端口扩径量增大。
Aiming at the phenomena such as the poor dimensional accuracy and the decrease of available length during the process of positive positive barrel forming, this paper adopts the single factor experimental design method to analyze the effect of the stable spinning stage and the final stage close to the port position The diameter of the spindle has been studied, and the effects of the spindle speed, the reduction rate and the feed ratio on the diameter expansion during the positive forging process are obtained. The results show that the spindle speed has little effect on the diameter expansion in the stable spinning stage, but the increase of speed will lead to larger port expansion. The amount of expansion in the steady spinning stage increases with the increase of the thinning rate, while the expansion of the port first increases and then decreases with the increase of the thinning rate. With the increase of feed ratio, the amount of expansion in steady spinning stage decreases, and the amount of expansion in ports increases.
