All along, everyone is so skeptical that now medicine finally confirms this: sleep screen reading is harmful to health. The latest research shows that the light emitted by the screen will make you excited when you should have to sleep, so as to postpone your sleep time. It will prolong your time to sleep, will also postpone and reduce your deep sleep time, and ultimately affect your awakening and sleepiness the next day.
