时代在进步,但现在的部分老师受传统观念影响,在青少年教育理念上存在着误区。一些老师对学生进行的社会教育重视不够、方法不当,中小学生的自主学习能力状况令人担忧。作为公共图书馆我们有责任有义务承担起青少年社会教育的责任。我们可以经常开展丰富多彩的主题实践活动,通过各种活动增强小读者的图书馆利用意识和能力,还可以通过让青少年担任图书管理员的体验了解图书管理员的艰辛。
The times are improving, but nowadays some teachers are influenced by the traditional concepts, and there are misunderstandings in the concept of teenagers’ education. Some teachers pay insufficient attention to the social education of students, and the methods are not appropriate. The situation of autonomous learning ability of primary and secondary school students is worrying. As a public library, we have a duty to bear the responsibility of adolescent social education. We can often practice rich and colorful thematic activities, enhance the awareness and ability of young readers to utilize their library through various activities, and understand the hardships of librarians by making them experience as librarians.
