高水头高转速水轮发电机转子磁轭高度大于转子直径的三分之一以上的尺寸时,在动平衡里属于长园柱体。这种转子在运行时,有时会出现离心力偶。使上下机架产生较大的水平振动,而且振动的方向相反。于此情况下,可在整个机组调好中心后,以水轮机作为拖动力,在额定转速下,对转子磁轭上下两个瑞面分别进行动平衡配重试验。动平衡所遵循的基本理论与单盘转子的动平衡是一致的,单盘转子的动平衡见资料[1]。
