目的研究枫桦Betula costata的抗肿瘤活性化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱法分离枫桦树皮中的抗肿瘤活性化学成分,通过现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果氯仿萃取相是枫桦活性部分,从中分离获得5个五环三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为反式咖啡酸白桦醇酯(Ⅰ)、白桦脂醇(Ⅱ)、羽扇豆醇(Ⅲ)、白桦脂酸(Ⅳ)、白桦酮酸(Ⅴ)。这些化合物对Bel-7402、B16和A549肿瘤细胞显示不同程度的细胞毒活性。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the antitumor active chemical constituents of Betula costata. Methods The chemical constituents of anti-tumor activity in birch bark were separated by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography. Structure was identified by modern spectroscopy. Results The chloroform extraction phase was the active part of the birch, and five pentacyclic triterpenoids were isolated from them. They were identified as trans-bryl bischolate (I), betulin (II), lupeol (III), Betulinic acid (IV), betulinic acid (V). These compounds show varying degrees of cytotoxic activity against Bel-7402, B16 and A549 tumor cells. Conclusion Compounds I-V were isolated from this plant for the first time.
