各生产厂矿自推行计划管理以来,一般的都已具备了较为完整的生产作业计划。除华丰厂外,各厂矿都建立了调度机构,并且有不少厂矿设置了专用调度电话,部分厂矿已能经常召开调度电话会议,并建立了编制作业计划和调度会议汇报等基本工作制度,初步做到了有系统的组织生产工作。因而企业的领导水平和生产发生了显著的变化。具体表现在以下几个方面:
