After more than ten years of pilot, promotion and improvement, Shanghai Power Company became the first provincial power grid enterprise to win the “National Quality Award” in 2009. The outstanding performance management mode promoted by this award provides a “hard-to-exceed” realistic path for the “pursuit of excellence” power grid enterprises.
