基于“中国企业雇主—雇员匹配数据调查”数据,关于企业员工对补充养老保险的参保意愿与参保行为的研究显示:目前影响我国企业年金的实际参与情况的因素更多地与企业性质和行业特征有关,与企业对员工报酬的设计理念和价值取向有关;参与意愿则更多地反映了个人状况和个人的主观能动性的作用,其中个人意识,特别是教育水平呈现出显著的影响;工会对于员工养老权益保障的效果和需求均呈现正向作用。
Based on the data of “Chinese Employers-Employee Matching Data Survey”, the research on employee’s willingness to participate in the supplementary pension insurance and the insured behavior shows that the factors affecting the actual participation of the enterprise annuity in our country are more related to the enterprises The nature and the characteristics of the industry are related to the design concept and value orientation of the employees to the employees.
