我国黄金矿山由于受地质储量、资金、技术、管理诸多因素的制约,从而形成了大矿较少,中小矿山偏多的格局。为了实现在“八五”末期黄金生产的目标,除了在生产、地质、基建、科技、教育等方面有一个新的突破外,还要大胆组建企业集团公司新的机制,充分发挥集团公司的优势,提高黄金行业的管理效能。最近,我们调查了灵宝县黄金企业集团公司运行一年来的情况,旨在给一些产金地区和黄金矿山一种启迪或教益。
