冬季通风冷冻是我国北方地区储粮降温的有效措施。长期以来,我省大多数地区冬季通风冷冻,多采用粮堆扒沟的方法,洛阳地区更为普遍。粮堆扒沟虽然较之不扒沟有更为明显的降温效果,但工作量比较大,费用开支较高。近年来,我们针对冬季通风冷冻是否扒沟这一问题,做了一些调查和试验,并对其技术经济效果做了全面的分析,认为在北方地区冬季通风冷冻,不宜提倡粮堆扒沟。下面谈谈我们的拙见:
