室上性阵发性心动过速是临床上以年轻人多发的一种大多功能性的疾病。发作时病人常感到心悸、精神不安、恐惧,心前区不适及头、颈部发胀、跳动感等。心电图检查,心率可达160～220次/分。该病的特点:阵发性突然发作和突然停止。发病的原因,大多是与情绪激动、过度疲劳、烟酒过量和喝浓茶、浓咖啡等有关。由于本病大多是功能性的。所以可不必用药物治疗,而用一些简单的机械方法自我进行治疗即可。
