当今企业面对超级竞争环境,战略创新至关重要。文章依据《道德经》的柔弱思想,提出推行守柔战略,运用到当前企业竞争战略制定中。企业恪守不争姿态应对纷争,积植德行,提升服务社会的能力以适应各种变化。守柔战略要求企业以不断改进自我,以柔待众,在共赢和谐内外环境中保持谦下,构建“莫能与之争”良性可持续性发展循环。
Today’s enterprises face the super competitive environment, strategic innovation is crucial. According to the weak thought of “Moral Scripture”, the article puts forward the strategy of keeping compliance soft and applying it to the formulation of current enterprise competitive strategy. Enterprises abide by unsavory attitude to deal with disputes, plot morality, enhance the ability to serve the community to adapt to various changes. Shou-soft strategy requires enterprises to continuously improve themselves, to be tender, public and harmonious win-win situation both inside and outside the environment to maintain humility, and build a “can not compete with” a virtuous and sustainable development cycle.
