探索具有中国特色的职业教育校企合作的新兴管理机制,有利于职业院校实现人才的培养和管理,强化在学生在教育阶段的社会服务能力和人力资源管理,有效满足了学生和家长对于就业的需求,有效为社会培养专业化技能的综合型人才。但是,职业教育校企合作管理机制在我国职业教育发展中还是存在着一些问题,这就需要从各个方面进行完善和分析之后提出有效的可行性策略,以有效进行对校企合作管理机制的构建。
