软件产业是当前世界上增长最快的朝阳产业之一 ,并将成为 2 1世纪推动世界经济发展和社会进步的重要动力。近年来 ,OECD(Organization for Economic Co- operation and Developm ent)主要国家软件产业平均以 11%以上的增长率快速发展。面对急速变化与发展着的全球软件市场 ,中国软件产业急需迅速改变其落后的产业面貌 ,以最快的速度在某些领域取得突破。本文详细分析了美国、日本、英国、法国、德国、意大利和加拿大等世界发达国家软件产业的发展轨迹、现状及发展趋势 ,归纳其成功的因素及若干启示
The software industry is one of the world’s fastest-growing sunrise industries and will become an important driving force for the promotion of world economic development and social progress in the 21st century. In recent years, the main national software industry of OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) has grown at an average rate of over 11%. In the face of the rapidly changing and developing global software market, the Chinese software industry urgently needs to rapidly change its backward industrial outlook and achieve breakthroughs in certain fields with the fastest speed. This paper analyzes in detail the development trajectory, status quo and development trend of the software industry in the developed countries of the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Canada, sums up the factors for its success, and provides some inspirations.
