共产党执政以后,面临着种种考验和风险,党和国家只有经受住这种考验和风险,才能实现执政使命,巩固执政地位,给人民带来福祉。历史和现实表明,在这多种多样的考验和风险中,在我看来,带有根本性、决定性、长期性起作用的有两条,一条是使党和国家政权不腐败、不变质,坚持党的宗旨;再一条是党自身要有治党治国治军的能力,不断提高领导水平、执政水平。解决好了两个问题,就能风气正、民心顺,团结和谐、民富国强,立于不败之地。
After the Communist Party is in power, it faces all kinds of tests and risks. Only by enduring such tests and risks can the party and the state achieve the ruling party’s mandate, consolidate the ruling position and bring happiness to the people. History and reality show that in these various tests and risks, in my opinion there are two articles that are fundamental, decisive and long-term effective. One is to make the party and the state power non-corrupt and non-degenerate, Adhere to the party’s purpose; the other is the party itself must have the ability to run the party by law and the state, and continuously improve the level of leadership and governance. If we solve both problems, we will be able to be positive in style, popular in the heart, united and harmonious, rich in people and strong in our country and invincible.
