重油二次加热是我厂1986年的技改计划中的项目。主要解决因我厂地处山地锅炉房供气不足、油温低,冬季加热炉点火困难造成重油严重浪费等问题。针对锻工车间的使用条件,我们选用了 DR16—500型旋流式重油加热器。这种加热器通过二次加热后,可将进油温度提高50℃左右,一般可达到120~150℃、,预热2分钟就能使重油达到理想的雾化温度。而一般加热器重油停留在加热器内时间长,易结焦、外溢、污染环境。旋流式加热器的基理是重油内力随着温度升高而成线性变化减少,故雾化程度变好。如1公斤雾化重油为150~170m~2表面积,是等量的未经雾化的重油表面积的2200~2600倍。由于油滴直径与其燃烧时焦壳粒子直径成正比,而燃尽的时间则与直径平方成正比。如若要保持炉内的温变稳定,就
