随着国有企业市场化水平的提升,现代企业制度的建立,企业改制和重组的深化,特别是国有企业创造利润能力的提升,带来了员工薪酬水平和发展空间的整体改善。2007年最佳雇主调查中,有34.1%的毕业生选择了国企,其次是外商独资和中外合资企业,比例分别为23.0%和17.5%,国企人气首超外企。2009年国企上榜比例大大提高,有1/3的参与者将国企作为求职首选。在金融危机的影响下,我们也能明显感觉到国有企业对维持就业稳定的作用明显高于外资企业、上市公司和民营企业。
With the increase in the level of marketization of state-owned enterprises, the establishment of modern enterprise systems, the deepening of enterprise restructuring and restructuring, and particularly the increase in profitability of state-owned enterprises, have brought about an overall improvement in employees’ compensation levels and development space. In the 2007 Best Employers Survey, 34.1% of graduates chose state-owned enterprises, followed by wholly foreign-owned and Chinese-foreign joint ventures, with 23.0% and 17.5% respectively. State-owned enterprises are the most popular foreign companies. In 2009, the percentage of state-owned enterprises on the list has been greatly increased. One-third of participants have made state-owned enterprises the first choice for job hunting. Under the influence of the financial crisis, we can clearly feel that the role of state-owned enterprises in maintaining employment stability is obviously higher than that of foreign-funded enterprises, listed companies and private enterprises.
