学困生是指各级各类学校中一少部分学习成绩特别差,甚至对学习基本丧失了兴趣的那一部分学生。学困生的形成,有诸如社会、家庭、学校及学生本身等方面的原因。关于学困生的转化就成为各级各类学校亟待解决的重要问题。本文作者将自己在学困生转化工作中的点滴尝试书写出来,以便与相关的专家、学者探讨和交流。
Student hardship refers to a small part of the various types of schools at all levels of learning performance is particularly poor, or even lost interest in learning the basic part of the students. The formation of students with learning difficulties, such as social, family, schools and students themselves and other reasons. The transformation of students with learning difficulties has become an important issue that urgently needs to be solved in all kinds of schools at all levels.
