在高层建筑的施工中广泛采用自升式塔式起重机,这类起重机大都是采用上回转结构形式;对上回转塔机重心位置变化规律的掌握与控制是保证塔机整体稳定性的一个关键,也是衡量塔机设计水平的标志之一,因为其直接影响,1.塔式起重机的安全可靠性;2.平衡重及压重的配置经济性;3.各构件及各机构的受荷情况。在塔机重心问题研究中,目前见到的新成果还不多,本文想在这方面作一些探讨;此外,对自升式塔机特别敏感的塔顶“浮动”问题,我们也提出自己的看法以
In the construction of high-rise buildings, self-elevating tower cranes are widely used. Most of these types of cranes adopt the form of upper-slewing structures. Grasping and controlling the changing rules of the center of gravity of the upper slewing tower crane is a key to ensure the overall stability of the tower crane. It is also one of the indicators to measure the tower crane design level, because of its direct impact, 1. The tower crane’s safety and reliability; 2. The weight of the balance and the weight of the configuration of the economy; 3. The various components and agencies of the load situation. In the research of the center of gravity of the tower crane, there are not many new achievements. This article wants to make some explorations in this regard; besides, we are also proposing our own problems with tower top “floating” problems that are particularly sensitive to jack-up tower cranes.
