目的 探讨高压锅抗原修复对P5 3、rasP2 1、PCNA 3种癌基因蛋白免疫组化染色的影响 ,以及不同的附贴剂和封闭用H2 O2 对免疫组化阳性率的影响。方法 利用计算机图像处理系统对高压锅进行抗原修复与不修复免疫组化染色进行对比定量分析并进行统计学处理。结果 对抗原修复与否具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 经高压锅抗原修复可以有效的提高 3种癌基因蛋白阳性表达率和阳性表达强度。
Objective To investigate the effect of autoclaved antigen on immunohistochemical staining of P53, rasP2 1 and PCNA oncogene proteins, and the effect of different adjuncts and blocking with H2 O2 on the positive rate of immunohistochemistry.
