目的:探讨鼻窦内窥镜手术后并发症发生及其影响。方法:对0.5 a来219例(321侧)慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉术后患者,发生并发症者6例进行总结分析。结果:6例并发症患者包括:眶内血肿1例,泪道堵塞1例,眼睑淤血3例,鼻腔粘连3例。并发症的发生与患者的病变范围、前期手术史、术者经验及技巧有着重要的关系。结论:导致鼻内镜术后并发症诸多因素中,主观因素比客观因素起更大的影响作用,其中术者的经验尤为重要。
Objective: To investigate the incidence and impact of complications after sinus endoscopic surgery. Methods: A total of 219 patients (321 sides) with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps postoperatively in 0.5 a were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Six patients with complications included one orbital hematoma, one lacrimal duct obstruction, three eyelid congestion and three nasal adhesions. The incidence of complications and patients with the scope of the disease, the history of previous surgery, surgeon experience and skills have an important relationship. CONCLUSIONS: Among the many factors leading to postoperative complications of nasal endoscopy, subjective factors play a greater role than objective factors, of which the surgeon’s experience is particularly important.
