目的:探讨小儿手足口病的临床表现和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析2012年6月~2014年9月我院收治的30例手足口病患儿的临床治疗,分析和总结小儿手足口病的临床特征以及有效的治疗方法,归纳和积累小儿手足口病的临床治疗经验。结果:小儿手足口病的在临床上主要表现为溃疡、疱疹、发热、食欲不振、呕吐等;在对患儿进行全面综合和针对性的治疗后,患儿未出现病情加重或死亡病例,患儿均痊愈出院。结论:对小儿手足口病临床表现进行综合观察,并对治疗方法进行总结分析能够积累临床经验,提高小儿手足口病的治疗疗效,做到早发现、早诊断和早治疗。
Objective: To investigate the clinical manifestations and treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods: The clinical data of 30 HFMD children treated in our hospital from June 2012 to September 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical characteristics and effective treatment of HFMD in children were analyzed and summarized. Stomatopathy clinical experience. Results: The clinical manifestations of HFMD in children were mainly ulcer, herpes, fever, loss of appetite, vomiting and so on. After the comprehensive and targeted treatment of children, there was no exacerbation or death in children All children were discharged. Conclusion: Comprehensive observation of the clinical manifestations of hand-foot-mouth disease in children and summary analysis of treatment methods can accumulate clinical experience and improve the therapeutic effect of hand-foot-mouth disease in children so that early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment can be achieved.
