临床资科治疗组124例,对照组124例,两组症状、体征无明显差异。治疗方法:两组病例均按小儿肺炎常规治疗,包括抗生素、氧疗、对症等。治疗组加用654—2口服用量为0.3mg～0.5mg/kg/次,一日三次,以面部皮肤发红为度,否则适当加大剂量,但每次不超过1mg/kg一次为限,5天～7天一疗程。治疗效果:治疗组肺部罗音消失快,2天内罗音消失22例;4天内罗音消失86例。对照组2天内罗音消失4例;4天内罗音消失
