一、2006年我国钢铁行业运行情况良好2006年是我国实施“十一五”规划的开局之年,也是钢铁行业应对挑战、备受关注的一年。我国钢铁行业总体呈现良好的运行态势。有三大标志:一是全年粗钢产量突破4亿吨,树起世界钢铁发展史上新的里程碑;二是钢材由净进口转为净出口,谱写了中国钢铁史上新篇章;三是转变增长方式取得成效,经济运行质量和效益提高,全行业实现利润1700亿元,创造历史最好水平。实践证明:国家对钢铁行业宏观调控的方针是正确的、及时的、有效的。
