随着我国市场经济体制的逐步渗入,国内各类型企业单位积极转变了经营管理模式,将创新型发展战略融入企业管理之中,强化企业的市场竞争力。我国电力系统的管理同样如此,为了寻求企业创新发展的渠道及其管理手段,电力企业财务预算管理得到进一步加强,明显改进了电力企业总体经营管理效能。本文就针对我国新时期环境中如何加强电力财务预算管理的有效策略进行阐释,以期为实际管理工作的推进带来有益的借鉴。
With the gradual infiltration of the market economy system in our country, various types of enterprises in China have actively transformed the operation and management mode, incorporated the innovative development strategy into the management of enterprises, and strengthened their market competitiveness. The same applies to the management of China’s power system. In order to seek channels for innovation and development of enterprises as well as their management methods, the financial budget management of power enterprises has been further strengthened and the overall management efficiency of power enterprises has been significantly improved. This article will explain how to strengthen the effective management of electric power budget in the new era environment in our country, in order to bring useful reference for the actual management.
