本文报道英国康赛福(Consafe)公司在海上平台膳宿舱的电工设计中应用数据控制系统取得的显著成效,该公司应用计算机技术设计第一个膳宿舱就达到了减少电工设计时间40%以上的效果,节省了大量时间和资金。该项技术的关键是采用由计算机辅助设计软件Auto-CAD与电工设计模型软件AutoPLANT合并而成的一种新软件,解决了平台工程建设过程中设计变更与现场施工交叉衔接的突出问题。
This article reports the significant success achieved by Consafe in applying the data control system to the electrical design of boarding cabins for offshore platforms. The company designed the first boarding room using computer technology to achieve a reduction of 40% or more of the design time for electricians Effect, save a lot of time and money. The key of the technology is to adopt a new software which is amalgamated by computer-aided design software Auto-CAD and electrician design model software AutoPLANT to solve the prominent problem of cross-linking between design change and on-site construction in the process of platform engineering construction.
