在四氯化碳所致小鼠肝损伤模型上观察了叶下珠及其复方制剂对肝损伤的防治效果。结果表明,叶下珠及其复方制剂能明显降低血清(?)丙转氨酶(SGPT),肝组织病理学观察证实叶下珠及其复方制剂能明显减轻肝细胞病理损害。提示叶下珠及其复方制剂对四氯化碳引起的小鼠肝损伤具有明显的保护作用。
The effect of Ye Xiazhu and its compound preparations on hepatic injury was observed in a carbon tetrachloride-induced mouse liver injury model. The results showed that Ye Xiazhu and its compound preparations can significantly reduce serum (?) Alanine aminotransferase (SGPT). Liver histopathological observations confirmed that Ye Xiazhu and its compound preparations can significantly reduce hepatocyte pathological damage. It is suggested that Ye Xiazhu and its compound preparations have obvious protective effect on carbon tetrachloride-induced liver injury in mice.
