近年来,我们采用CLT-Ⅱf型前列腺病治疗仪(南通天宝医疗仪器有限公司)治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)41例,效果满意,报告如下。 1.临床资料 41例中年龄52～83岁,平均68岁,均有典型前列腺增生的临床表现,平均病程4.5年。合并冠心病9例,高血压病13例,糖尿病7例,呼吸系统疾病17例,腮腺混合瘤1例。 直肠指检:前列腺Ⅰ度9例,Ⅱ度22例,Ⅲ度7例,Ⅳ度3例;B超检查:4例因尿潴留而留置导尿管,37例剩余尿为50～280ml。前列腺国际症状评分(S)为19～30分,平均23.2分,生活质量评分(L)3～5分,平均4.2分。治疗前均经肛门指检,B超确诊,35例作了膀胱镜检查观察前列腺增生程度排除膀胱病变。
In recent years, we use CLT-Ⅱf type Prostate Disease Treatment Instrument (Nantong Tianbao Medical Instrument Co., Ltd.) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in 41 cases, the results are satisfactory, the report is as follows. 1. Clinical data of 41 patients aged 52 to 83 years, mean 68 years old, have a typical clinical manifestations of benign prostatic hyperplasia, the average duration of 4.5 years. Coronary heart disease in 9 cases, hypertension in 13 cases, diabetes in 7 cases, 17 cases of respiratory diseases, parotid mixed tumor in 1 case. Rectal examination: Prostate Ⅰ in 9 cases, Ⅱ degree in 22 cases, Ⅲ degree in 7 cases, Ⅳ degree in 3 cases; B-ultrasound: 4 cases of urinary retention indwelling catheter, 37 cases of residual urine 50 ~ 280ml. Prostate International Symptom Score (S) 19 to 30 points, an average of 23.2 points, quality of life score (L) 3 to 5 points, an average of 4.2 points. Anus before treatment, referral, B-diagnosed, 35 cases were cystoscopy to observe the degree of benign prostatic hyperplasia exclude bladder lesions.
