武警内蒙古森林总队锡林郭勒盟支队是全国唯一一支以草原防火灭火为主要任务的部队,过去由于多种原因一直与先进无缘。近年来,支队党委以创先争优活动为抓手,大力加强党建带团建工作,形成了“党团组织联建联创、青年官兵齐争共创”的良好局面。支队连续两年被武警森林指挥部评为基层建设先进单位,分别被国家农业部、内蒙古自治区评为草原防火先进单位和“双拥”工作先进单位,2011年荣立集体三等功。强化先进性,开掘青年官兵创先争优的内在动力没有青年官兵的积极性,就没有部队建设的高质量。该支队由于编制
