目的研究蛇足石杉Huperzia serrata全草的非生物碱类化学成分。方法利用硅胶、反相硅胶、Sephadex HL-20等柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振、质谱等谱学数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从蛇足石杉二氯甲烷部位分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为千层塔烯二醇-21β-对二氢香豆酸酯(1)、千层塔烯二醇-3,21-二乙酸酯(2)、千层塔烯二醇-3-乙酸酯(3)、21-表千层塔烯二醇-3-乙酸酯(4)、3α,21β,24-千层塔烯三醇(5)、21-表千层塔烯二醇(6)、千层塔烯二醇(7)、16-羰基-3α,21β-千层塔烯二醇(8)、3β,21β,24-千层塔烯三醇(9)、16-羰基-3α,21β,24-千层塔烯三醇(10)、1-羟基二苯并呋喃醇(11)。结论化合物1~10均为石杉型三萜类化合物,化合物11为二苯并呋喃醇类化合物;其中1为新化合物,命名为千层塔型香豆酸酯,化合物2和11首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of non-alkaloids in Huperzia serrata. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, reverse phase silica gel and Sephadex HL-20 column. The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR, MS and other spectral data. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the part of Hedyotis decanter and identified as melatonin-21β-p-dihydrocoumarinate (1), melatonin-3,21-di (3), 21-epichlorohydrin-3-acetate (4), 3α, 21β, 24-Melaleuca (5), 21-epichlorohydrin (6), melatonin (7), 16-oxo-3α, 21β-melatonin (8), 3β , 21β, 24-Melaleucatrienetriol (9), 16-Carbonyl-3a, 21β, 24-Melaletatrienol (10) and 1-Hydroxydibenzofuranol (11). CONCLUSION Compounds 1 to 10 are both triterpenes and compounds 11 are dibenzofuran alcohols. Among them, 1 is a new compound, named as melaleuca-based coumarate, and compounds 2 and 11 are the first to be derived from Plant isolated.
