目的探讨MR成像在静脉性血管畸形中的应用价值。方法采用磁共振平扫、常规增强扫描、SWI检查技术分别分析37例静脉性血管畸形患者的的影像学特点。结果静脉性血管畸形MR平扫显示引流静脉呈管状或圆点状等或长T1信号、短T2信号,部分可呈长T2信号;髓静脉呈模糊条纹状低信号;MR增强扫描呈“水母头”或“轮辐样”样增强表现。SWI扫描显示引流静脉及髓静脉亦可见“水母头”或“轮辐样”样显著低信号,部分病例细小的髓静脉甚至比增强扫描显示更清晰。结论 MR是脑静脉性血管畸形最敏感的检查方法,特别是SWl检查可以发现更多细小的髓静脉。
Objective To investigate the value of MR imaging in venous vascular malformations. Methods The imaging features of 37 patients with venous vascular malformations were analyzed by magnetic resonance plain scan, routine enhanced scan and SWI examination. Results The venous vascular malformations revealed that the drainage veins were tubular or dotted or long T1 or short T2, some of them showed long T2 signals; the medullary veins were fuzzy streaky low signals; the MR enhancement scan was “jellyfish” Head “or ” spokes-like “kind of enhanced performance. The SWI scan showed that both the draining veins and the medullary veins also showed a significant low signal in the ”jellyfish head“ or ”spoke-like" pattern. In some cases, fine medial venous plexus was even clearer than the enhanced scan. Conclusion MR is the most sensitive method for detecting venous vascular malformations. In particular, SWl can detect more fine medullary veins.
