应用A型超声角膜测厚仪测量76例15O只眼角膜暴露前后的厚度改变,结果显示角膜暴露前中央厚度平均为548.4±47.0μm,暴露3分钟后平均为536.2±49.3μm,5分钟后平均为519.9±51.6μm,10分钟后平均为493.6±49.8μm。角膜暴露3分钟与5分钟角膜厚度改变有高度显著性差异(P<0.01),暴露5分钟与10分钟角膜厚度改变也有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。角膜暴露5分钟后45岁以上者角膜中央厚度改变明显高干45岁以下者(P<0.01)。不同眼别及性别间角膜暴露后的厚度改变无显著性差异(P>0.05)。提示角膜暴露时间越长,其厚度改变越明显,年龄大,角膜暴露后更易脱水变薄。提出放射状角膜切开术中应尽量缩短角膜暴露时间。
The thickness changes of cornea in 76 cases of 15O corneas before and after exposure were measured by type A echocardiography. The average central thickness before corneal exposure was 548.4 ± 47.0μm, and the average corneal thickness after 3 minutes exposure was 536.2 ± 49. 3 μm, an average of 519.9 ± 51.6 μm after 5 minutes and an average of 493.6 ± 49.8 μm after 10 minutes. Corneal exposure 3 minutes and 5 minutes corneal thickness changes were highly significant difference (P <0.01), 5 minutes and 10 minutes exposure to corneal thickness changes are also highly significant difference (P <0.01). After 5 minutes of corneal exposure, central corneal thickness over 45 years old was significantly higher than that of 45 years old (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in thickness after corneal exposure between different eyes and sex (P> 0.05). Tip corneal exposure time longer, the more obvious changes in thickness, age, corneal dehydration after exposure easier thinning. Proposed radial keratotomy should minimize corneal exposure time.
