患者金×男59岁两月前,左眼突然视力朦胧,在某医院诊断为视网膜中央动脉阻塞。曾用妥拉苏林、6—542、复方丹参以及高压氧治疗。最近1周左眼红,胀痛,1990年5月20日来诊。右眼视力4.9左眼指数/20cm。左眼混合充血,角膜水肿,前房浅,房水闪光(+)。瞳孔散大约6mm,3～9点虹膜后粘连,虹膜表面可见灰白色萎缩斑、并有大量新生血管。瞳孔缘外翻。晶体轻度混浊。眼后节看不清。眼压右17.30mmHg,左59.10mmHg。诊断:左眼新生血管性青光眼。经口服甘油和醋氮酰胺,静滴20%甘露醇,以及局部交替滴散瞳和缩瞳剂,眼压仍
