本文是根据机械加工工艺所具有的特殊性、统一性,探求车床加工教学的新方法——“四位一体”教学法:用类比法教学刀具刃磨;用分类法教学毛坯装夹;用综合法教学操纵车床;用反复法教学技术测量。实践证明,这一训练方法,对提高学生的车床加工技术,快速掌握操作技能,确具有实效的现实指导意义。
