目的对检测中发现的一株与福氏Ⅳ型志贺氏菌发生交叉凝集的蜂房哈夫尼亚菌进行详细的分离鉴定。方法将菌株按肠道致病菌检验方法进行分离培养,依据《食品微生物学检验》沙门氏菌检验GB 4789.4-2010和志贺氏菌检验GB 4789.5-2012的检测程序进行分离检测,并对分离菌株进行详细的生化反应、血清学试验、噬菌体裂解及药敏试验等。结果此菌株虽然能与福氏Ⅳ型志贺氏菌发生交叉凝集。但经API 20E系统生化反应、肠杆菌科七种诊断噬菌体裂解试验等鉴定该菌株为蜂房哈夫尼亚菌。结论提示在今后的工作中,对肠杆菌科的可疑菌株,为防止出现假阳性,除使用血清学鉴定方法外,应配以全面系统的生化反应,有条件的实验室可进行分子诊断方法,确保菌株鉴定的准确性。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify a strain of Hafnia alvei that cross-agglutinated with Shigella flexneri type IV in the test. Conclusion suggests that in future work, in order to prevent the emergence of false positive for Enterobacteriaceae suspicious strains, in addition to the use of serological identification methods, should be coupled with a comprehensive system of biochemical reactions, the conditions of the laboratory molecular diagnostic methods can be carried out, Ensure the accuracy of strain identification.
