煤矿井下所有的机电设备开停状态需要实时地通过监控分站接入到监控系统中,进行实时监测;针对现有的开停传感器采用单一的判决门限,在强磁场干扰环境中易发生误判现象、检测电流时放大倍数采用固定方式,容易使得电流太小不能检测,电流太大造成放大信号失去特征信息的问题,设计了一种基于磁感应原理的开停传感器,该传感器具有抗干扰强,且能够自适应不同工作电流矿用设备检测的优点。介绍了传感器检测原理、检测硬件电路设计和自适应放大倍数设计、通过设定判决上下门限的方式提高传感器的抗干扰能力。现有已售产品使用结果表明,传感器能够消除瞬间强电磁干扰带来的误判操作,准确检测工作电流大于0.5 A且非屏蔽线缆的矿用机电设备开停状态。

The results of using the existing products show that the sensor can eliminate the misjudgment caused by instant strong electromagnetic interference and accurately detect the opening and closing state of the mining electromechanical equipment with the working current larger than 0.5 A and the unshielded cable.
