目的探讨开展品管圈(QCC)活动在护理安全质量管理中的应用效果。方法 2014年1月开始在全院45个护理单元从“试点病房”到“全面推广”开展品管圈活动,到2015年1月共组建30个圈。两组采用相同的评价方法,将开展品管圈活动前的2013年6~12月内科、综合科、外科住院部30个临床科室的护理安全质量管理效果与开展品管圈活动后2015年6~12月上述的30个临床科室的护理安全质量管理效果进行比较分析。结果开展品管圈活动后,30个临床科室的整体护理安全质量管理效果及患者的满意度明显高于活动前,同时护理不良事件的发生率也明显低于活动前。结论开展品管圈活动可较好地提高护理安全质量管理的效果及患者满意度,有效防范护理不良事件的发生,值得在临床护理中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of QCC activities in nursing safety and quality management. Methods From January 2014, 45 care units in the hospital started to conduct quality control circle activities from “Pilot Ward ” to “Comprehensive Promotion ”. By January 2015, a total of 30 circles will be formed. The two groups adopted the same evaluation method and will carry out QC quality management effects in 30 clinical departments of internal medicine department, general surgery department and surgical inpatient department from June to December 2013 before conducting quality control activities and after conducting QC activities 2015 6 ~ December above 30 clinical departments of nursing safety and quality control effects were compared. Results After QA activities were conducted, the overall quality of care and safety management and patient satisfaction in 30 clinical departments were significantly higher than those before the activity, and the incidence of nursing adverse events was significantly lower than that before the activity. Conclusion Carrying out quality control activities can improve the effectiveness of nursing safety and quality management and patient satisfaction, and effectively prevent the occurrence of nursing adverse events, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinical nursing.
