目前测定中成药中的细菌总数,周期太长(3天)。该文作者提出了快速方法,为药厂对产品进行工艺监控提供了可靠依据。本人为使该法更趋完善,提出如下管见,以供参考。1.药品作卫生学检查项目众多,如为口服药品,除检查细菌总数以外,尚需检查霉菌总数、大肠杆菌等。因此必须强调在镜检计数法取样时,应以无菌操作法取出,以免影响其它项目的检查。
The total number of bacteria in the Chinese patent medicines is currently determined to be too long (3 days).
