以包钢目前的铁前原料、烧结、球团、高炉、炼钢各个工序中稀土、钛氧化物的含量为研究对象,利用ICP-MS质谱分析仪等检验手段对白云鄂博铁矿伴生稀土、钛等元素在钢铁冶炼各工序的走势进行取样分析。结果表明,从原料到成品,包钢目前的冶金各个工序中稀土、钛氧化物的含量呈现下降趋势。揭示了白云鄂博铁矿伴生有色金属元素在钢铁冶炼工序中的走势和遗传性。对包钢充分利用白云鄂博铁矿伴生有色金属资源,合理开发稀土钢具有重要意义。
In this paper, the content of rare earth and titanium oxide in Baosteel’s current raw materials, sintering, pellet, blast furnace and steel-making process were studied. The contents of rare earths and titanium oxides in Baiyunebo Iron Mine were determined by means of ICP-MS, Titanium and other elements in the process of steel smelting sampling trend analysis. The results show that, from raw materials to finished products, the current metallurgical processes in Baotou Steel show a decreasing trend in the contents of rare earths and titanium oxides. Revealed the Baiyunebo iron ore associated non-ferrous metal elements in the steel smelting process trends and heredity. Baotou Steel make full use of Baiyunebo iron associated non-ferrous metal resources, the rational development of rare earth steel is of great significance.
