财政部以财办库[2003]47号文公布了已获准登记备案的招标代理机构名单,按照本文件规定,中央单位必须在这些机构中选择承办机构来代理政府采购业务。
In accordance with the provisions of this document, the Ministry of Finance has announced the list of bid invitation agencies that have been approved for registration in accordance with Cai Zaokou [2003] No. 47 Document. The central unit must choose a host institution among these agencies to represent the government procurement business.
