本文分析了国内外软件外包服务的发展现状和趋势,论证了开展软件外包服务标准化研究的必要性,并提出应首先开展软件外包服务标准框架体系的研究以及关键标准的研究。
This paper analyzes the current situation and trend of the development of software outsourcing services at home and abroad, and demonstrates the necessity of standardization of software outsourcing services. It also proposes that the research on the standard framework of software outsourcing services and the research of key standards should be carried out.
