按照冯佩芝等的中国南方秋季低温冷害(俗称“寒露风”)评估办法[1],对1961~1993年长江中下游至华南地区34个站9~10月逐日温度资料进行了微机处理和分析,填补了1980年以后的低温冷害有关资料及其评定结果,并完善和修正了文献[1]中1961~1980年间个别年份的评定结果;通过对1951~1993年43年的资料分析表明,中国南方秋季低温冷害明显具有发生率高、为害范围大、影响时间长、表现形式复杂、群发性和成灾严重等主要特征,其为害程度与秋季大气环流和中国大范围温度变化趋势有关
According to the evaluation method of autumn cold chilling injury (commonly known as “cold dew wind”) in southern China by Feng Peizhi et al [1], the daily temperature data from September to October of 19 stations from 1961 to 1993 in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River to South China were processed and analyzed. It has filled in the data of cold damage after 1980 and its assessment results, and improved and corrected the assessment results of individual years from 1961 to 1980 in the literature [1]. According to the data analysis of 19 years from 1951 to 1993, The low temperature chilling injury in autumn obviously has the main features such as high incidence rate, large damage range, long time-consuming impact, complex manifestation, mass concentration and serious catastrophe. The degree of damage is related to the autumn atmospheric circulation and the large-scale temperature change in China
