本文研究了影响磁化水混凝土增强的因素,采用CS-3型磁水器的控制器进行磁化水参数的优选试验,将磁化水后置时间增列为一个参数。结果表明,磁化水混凝土比同配合比的自来水混凝土28天强度可提高8%~22%;在保持自来水混凝土强度及和易性条件下可节约水泥8%~10%。在水的极性增加的论点指导下,探讨了检验水磁化效应的方法。
In this paper, the factors that affect the enhancement of magnetized water concrete are studied. The optimal test of magnetized water parameters is carried out by the controller of CS-3 magnetic water controller, and the magnetized water postpositioning time is added as a parameter. The results show that the strength of magnetized water concrete can be increased by 8% -22% compared with the same proportion of tap water concrete for 28 days, and the cement can be saved by 8% -10% while maintaining the strength and workability of tap water concrete. Under the guidance of the argument that the polarity of water increases, the method of testing water magnetization effect is discussed.
