目的:观察血清降钙素原(PCT)检测在小儿感染性肺炎诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取我院2014年3月至2015年2月确诊的感染性肺炎患儿96例为观察组,其中细菌性肺炎43例、病毒性肺炎26例、支原体肺炎17例、衣原体肺炎10例;选取同期体检的健康儿童50例作为对照组。所有儿童均行PCT检测,评价PCT检测在小儿感染性肺炎诊断中的应用价值。结果:细菌性肺炎患儿的PCT水平明显高于健康儿童、病毒性肺炎患儿以及单纯衣原体肺炎患儿;治疗前细菌性肺炎患儿的血清PCT检测结果明显高于正常值,治疗后明显降低,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清降钙素原检测可以有效地鉴别诊断小儿感染性肺炎,具有临床应用价值。
Objective: To observe the value of serum procalcitonin (PCT) detection in the diagnosis of children with infectious pneumonia. Methods: A total of 96 children with infectious pneumonia were selected from March 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital. Among them, 43 were bacterial pneumonia, 26 were viral pneumonia, 17 were mycoplasma pneumonia and 10 were chlamydial pneumonia. Select the same period of physical examination of 50 healthy children as a control group. PCT tests were performed in all children to evaluate the value of PCT test in the diagnosis of children with infectious pneumonia. Results: The PCT levels in children with bacterial pneumonia were significantly higher than those in healthy children, children with viral pneumonia and children with chlamydial pneumonia alone. The serum PCT levels in children with bacterial pneumonia before treatment were significantly higher than those in normal children and significantly decreased after treatment , Before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Serum procalcitonin can effectively differentiate pneumonia in children and has clinical value.
