应用葡萄糖氧化酶、过氧化物酶体系,以4—氨基安替吡啉作为氧的受体,分析菜籽饼粕样品中硫甙内源酶酶解产生的葡萄糖来定量分析油菜籽饼粕样品中的硫甙总量。该方法具快速、准确的优点,尤其适用于双低油菜育种程序中低硫甙含量材料的筛选和鉴定。几个经“HPLC”法定量分析样品的比较分析结果表明,该方法重演性、稳定性好。葡萄糖回收率为94.75±2.5%。
Glucose oxidase and peroxidase systems were used to quantitatively analyze rapeseed meal samples with 4-aminoantipyrine as the oxygen receptor and glucan produced by endogenous enzymatic hydrolysis of glucosinolate in rapeseed meal samples In the total glucosinolate.
