本文通过对汕头市食品工业劳动卫生现状调查表明:汕头市24家食品生产企业均存在职业危害因素,主要是噪声等物理因素,其次是各种粉尘。工人总数4708人(其中女工2369人),有害因素接触率17.4%。在各种接触中,女工占有一定比例。同时接触两种有害因素的有270人。文章还报道了各种有害因素监测结果。作者认为,在食品工业劳动卫生综合治理中,应着重加强个人防护和注重女工保护,以及预防有害因素对工人的联合作用。
In this paper, Shantou City, the status quo of food hygiene investigation showed that: Shantou City, 24 food manufacturers are occupational hazards, mainly noise and other physical factors, followed by a variety of dust. The total number of workers is 4708 (including 2369 female workers), and the contact rate of harmful factors is 17.4%. In various contacts, women occupy a certain percentage. There are 270 people exposed to both harmful factors at the same time. The article also reported a variety of harmful factors monitoring results. The author believes that in the integrated management of labor and health in the food industry, emphasis should be put on strengthening personal protection and paying attention to the protection of women workers, and preventing joint effects of harmful factors on workers.
