党的十四届四中全会的《决定》指出:必须抓紧培养和选拔优秀年轻干部,努力造就大批能够跨世纪担当重任的领导人才.我国所需要的跨世纪领导人才,一般是指自现在起至下世纪初,担任或即将担任县级以上领导职务的优秀领导于部.现在他们大多数还较年轻.这批干部是我党在今后一个时期坚定不移地率领中国人民建设社会主义现代化的中坚力量.历史赋予这批领导人才伟大而艰巨的历史使命.这就要求我们从中国未来发展的高度出发,提高跨世纪领导人才的素质.据此,本文试就我国跨世纪领导人才的心理素质方面作些探讨.
