用氨基酸测试仪分析重组CHO细胞分泌rHBsAg过程中氨基酸的浓度，发现氨基酸的消耗有一定的规律性，其中以丝氨酸、脯氨酸、组氨酸、谷氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、异亮氨酸消耗较快。
Amino acid analyzer was used to analyze the concentration of amino acids in rHBsAg secreted by recombinant CHO cells. The results showed that there was a certain regularity of amino acid consumption, including serine, proline, histidine, glutamic acid, leucine, lysine, Isoleucine consumes faster.
