进口西替利嗪 (商品名 :仙特敏 )作对照 ,对国产西替利嗪治疗哮喘的疗效及安全性进行评价。采用非盲法随机对照试验治疗轻度发作或缓解期哮喘病人 10对 (试验组、对照组各 10例 )。试验药与对照药均10mg/次、口服、一日一次、疗程 7天。结果显示 ,随机对照试验组和对照组两组病例肺功能各项指标 (包括FEV1、PEF、MMEF、V75、V50 、V2 5)治疗后均较治疗前有不同程度增加。试验组总有效率为 70 0 % ,对照组总有效率为 80 0 % ,两组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 5 )。两组病例用药后均未见发生不良反应。提示 ,国产西替利嗪能有效地改善支气管哮喘患者的肺通气功能 ,且使用安全
Imported cetirizine (trade name: cents sensitive) as a control, efficacy and safety of domestic cetirizine in the treatment of asthma were evaluated. Non-blinded randomized controlled trials were used to treat 10 patients with mild-onset or remission asthma (10 in trial group and 10 in control group). Test drugs and control drugs are 10mg / time, orally, once daily, course of treatment for 7 days. The results showed that the indexes of pulmonary function (including FEV1, PEF, MMEF, V75, V50, V2 5) in both randomized controlled trial group and control group increased to some extent after treatment. The total effective rate was 70% in the experimental group and 80% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05).
